Join Jack City Fitness at Fairview Park for a morning of full body interval training and community! 

This total-body workout is the ideal combo to get fit for any of your seasonal sport or hobby while allowing you to challenge your body and be fun at the same time! The variety will improve not only your body, but your brain as well. Regardless of your experience or fitness level, each exercise can be scaled to fit your personal level. This session will be a mix of strength and cardiovascular endurance timed training.

1. Warm-Up/Mobility
2. Muscular Activation

CITY OF BOISE UPDATES PROPOSED ZONING CODE, SEEKS COMMUNITY FEEDBACK

Boise PDS has announced the next round of presentations for the draft zoning code. The city will release a new draft with updates on July 12, following a Boise City Council work session. A full outreach summary report, including survey results, is available here.

The city will host three open houses to meet with residents and discuss the updates. Each open house will begin with a short presentation from city staff, followed by Q&A, and an opportunity to speak directly with staff on different aspects of the draft. Residents are encouraged to attend and can RSVP here.    

 July 14 from 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at Library! at Hillcrest 

July 18 from 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at Main Library

Neighborhood Concert Series: Fairview Park

WEDNESDAY, JULY 27, 2022 AT 5 PM – 9 PM

Lost Grove Brewing is hosting a free concert in the West End!

Join us from 5-9 pm for live music from local musicians, food trucks, and vendors. Admission is FREE, so gather your family and neighbors for a fun night out.

**Please bring your own reusable cup for draft beer! We will not be providing plastic cups at these concerts!**

This will be the second year of the Neighborhood Concert Series (NCS), where we throw free pop-up concerts in parks around Boise! We partnered with our pals at the Morrison Center to create the NCS to help support live music. Our goal is to make live music more accessible by providing free concerts in rotating neighborhoods around Boise so people all across town have the chance to hear live music without worrying about cost or transportation.
